Support
The Lazy Navigator watches the weather along your entire route so you can just drive โ storms are flagged before you meet them.
The quickest way to get help is email โ navigator@thelazybunch.com. The Lazy Navigator is made by one person, so please allow a couple of days for a reply.
Why does the app want my location?
To plan routes from where you are and to check the forecast along the way. Navigation runs on your device; only route coordinates are used to fetch weather, never anything that identifies you. See the privacy policy.
The weather shown looks different from my weather app.
The Lazy Navigator shows the forecast for points along your route at the time you'll pass them, not the current weather where you're standing โ so it can legitimately disagree with a "right here, right now" app. Forecasts come from Apple WeatherKit, with OpenWeatherMap as a fallback.
Weather isn't loading.
Check that you're online, then pull to refresh. If it persists, our weather providers may be rate-limited โ the app falls back automatically and usually recovers within a few minutes. Still stuck? Email us with your iOS version and roughly when it happened.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
Does the app work offline?
Routing needs a connection (it uses Apple Maps), and forecasts need one too. Weather already fetched for your route stays visible if you briefly lose signal on the road.
Email navigator@thelazybunch.com. Telling us your iOS version and what you were doing when something went wrong helps a lot.
